Miles cruised 0, fuel purchased $0, slip fee $110, daily high temperature 84*FThe area around Indian Rock Beach, Florida is very lively. Lots of bars and restaurants trying to look like Key West. Steel drum music fills the air. The Christmas lights are festively displayed everywhere. There is always a nautucal twist to the decorations.imageThe Blues Brothers hang out PJ's restaurantimageimagePJ's restaurant has very strict rules.imageI went under the boat this morning with my  dive mask to check the props and shafts.  Either we did not hit any crab pots or the line cutters on the shafts did their job. Everything looks good under the boat. The boat is backed in to the slip and we are only a few feet from shore. I walked under the boat at low tide. There is a Nova Scotia 47 trawler parked nearby. It looks like a Selene. Blue is a beautiful color.imageIt's time to start heading south along the Florida west coast. We want to get to Ft. Meyers/Marco Island by this weekend. Dale has relatives in Marco Island. That is where we would leave to go to Key West. John and Priscilla will be flying out of Ft. Meyers to visit Alison and Oscar in Boston. This is right around the the time our second grandchild Jackson is due.We are the blue dot.imageBonus photoimageCarl (Chef) Wooden - quote for the day."When a man comes to like a sea life, he is not fit to live on land."(Quote by - Dr. Samuel Johnson)
